Martin Cadogan joined the The Law Offices of Arnold M. Weiner as a Principal in April of 2007. Mr. Cadogan’s practice consists of business and corporate law, land use and real estate development, and general civil litigation. He graduated of Mount Saint Joseph High School in 1979. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History form Loyola College in 1983. He attended the University Of Baltimore School Of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1986 Mr. Cadogan has experience handling land use and zoning law matters before the Baltimore Municipal Zoning Appeals Board, Baltimore City Council and the Planning Commission. His practice also consists of Business and Corporate Law, Real Estate Law and Development. He is an experienced litigator, having managed hundreds of civil litigation matters in both District and Circuit Courts throughout the State of Maryland. He represents clients in the area of Wills, Trusts and Estates, personal injury, Insurance claims, Workmen’s Compensation and wrongful death claims. Since 1990, Mr. Cadogan has served as former-Mayor and current-Governor Martin O'Malley's Campaign Treasurer. As such, he has significant experience in the area of the State of Maryland Fair Campaign Financing Act. Mr. Cadogan is also on the finance committee for Baltimore City Counsel President Stephanie Rawlings-Blake.
