Jeffrey E. Nusinov

Jeffrey E. Nusinov joined the Law Offices of Arnold M. Weiner, P.A., of counsel, in 2007.   Mr. Nusinov is a highly regarded attorney experienced in complex commercial litigation, estates and trust litigation and white collar defense.  He has recently been a guest lecturer at the University of Baltimore Law School on the subject of electronic discovery management.  Mr. Nusinov is admitted to the Maryland State Bar, the Federal District Court for the District of Maryland, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.  He currently serves as a member of the Baltimore City Bar Association’s Ethics and Fee Arbitration Committees.

Defended an attorney against white collar criminal charges in a six week jury trial in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland (2005).
Successfully defended a computer software customization company against breach of contract claims (2005).
Successfully prosecuted a will caveat based on a theory of monomania (2007).
Represented a former Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded company in matters related to an SEC investigation and corporate indemnification (2003).
Achieved summary judgment for a real estate property manager in a lawsuit alleging lead paint liability (2007).
Successfully defended a will caveat in a multi-million dollar estate (2004).
