Barry Gogel is a Principal at the Law Offices of Arnold M. Weiner, having joined the Law Offices of Arnold M. Weiner in 2007 after spending nine years
litigating a wide variety of complex business torts and employment related lawsuits
at the law firms of Weiner & Weltchek and Ober, Kaler, Grimes & Shriver. He brings to the firm a
background in intellectual property, shareholder’s rights, and employment
litigation.
Mr. Gogel is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Baltimore City Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Central Maryland Chapter of the American Red Cross and has been a lecturer for the Institute of Paralegal Education.
Mr. Gogel earned his Bachelors of Science Degree with honors from the University of Vermont and he earned his Juris Doctorate with honor from the University of Maryland where he won several awards for service and academic excellence.
